Dear Team SymPore HHU,
I hope this email finds you well.
We are organizing a new monthly team meeting, which will take place every month on the Tuesday following the first regular ERC Sympore meeting, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. The goal of this meeting is to foster greater collaboration and exchange between our teams so that we work more closely together moving forward.
The dates for the meetings in 2025 are:
15.04.
13.05.
10.06.
08.07.
19.08.
16.09.
14.10.
11.11.
09.12.
For our first meeting, we will gather in room 26.24.U1.014, as the seminar room is blocked due to the master module.
The first meeting, scheduled for this upcoming Tuesday, will focus on how we can conceptually approach this collaboration. Please come prepared to share a brief (1-minute) update on the current status of your research without slides. Additionally, consider what you would like to gain from these meetings and what kind of support would be helpful to you.
I encourage you to discuss these points with your supervisors beforehand and think about any challenges or issues you're facing that could be addressed in our meetings. This will be a space for open discussion and the exchange of ideas.
Looking forward to our first meeting and to seeing how we can work together more effectively! To fuel our brains, I’ll bring some snacks. :)
Best regards,
Alena
P.S.: I used the emailist for the timesheets so that I dont forget someone, but of course the student helpers are not required to come to the meeting.
